How's everybody doin'?
HOPE none of you are having to deal with the flu bug that seems to have invaded most of East Tennessee. Lots of the school systems have closed because so many kiddos and teachers are out sick. Pappy and I have both been very blessed because neither of us got sick with the flu (praise the Lord) and I'm hoping and praying that we don't. I told him yesterday that I didn't have any new fotos for today so I headed outside and snapped a few to share with Y'all today.
This little sign hangs on our porch swing.
I took this foto because of my Momma. So many times in the last few months she's mentioned how blue the sky is and she doesn't see a single cloud.....
Hydrangea getting ready for spring.....
Nandina.....
Hyacinths peeking through the cold ground.....
Nandina Firepower.....
I'm looking forward to seeing what fotos everybody shares today.
Have a great weekend!

Looks like Spring is gearing up in your neck of the woods.
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of Nandina. It looks familiar though. So pretty!
Loved the Spring beginning to peek photos and the cute little sign. Can't wait for it to peek here. Have a blessed weekend my friend.
ReplyDeleteI am so ready for Spring, to see all the leaves start to back on the trees and the beautiful flowers.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love the signs of spring...even the cute little sign on your swing! Gives us great HOPE!! I love Nandina. I don't have any here at this house, but have had it in other places and love the different stages of it throughout the year. It's a great bush to have! And hydrangeas....Oh I wish I could grow them. I haven't had much luck. I think it is too hot and dry here in my yard. Your blue sky with that tree against it is gorgeous. No wonder your sweet Momma loves looking at it!! Thank you for this beautiful, hopeful post. Spring IS on its way. We just need to be patient!
ReplyDeleteBUDS!! Be still my heart. I want spring so bad. Love these photos. They are very encouraging.
ReplyDeleteNo signs of spring around here, sigh. lol----have a beautiful day friend. smiles
ReplyDeleteI loved seeing your signs of spring, Deb!
ReplyDeleteGreat.
ReplyDeleteCentral NC here. It has been in the news a lot. We felt sicky earlier this week, canceled everything, stayed home and ate garlic and rested. Everyone is doing better. I don't know what it was, but we are feeling better.
ReplyDeleteMade me feel good to see the plants preparing to make their entrance into spring! I'm so ready for pretty weather and porch-sitting. So happy for you that you've managed to elude the flu bug. Have a great day. ((hugs))
ReplyDeleteSpring is popping up! I love the tree branches against the blue (cloudless) sky! The sign on your swing is perfect! Hope!!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like Spring is on the way to you! I love all the photos but especially the Hydrangea waiting to unfurl. Beautiful. Have a lovely weekend Debbie.
ReplyDeleteI wish my nandina looked like that!
