WOW!
We've been doing this for NINETY weeks, Y'all!
Many of you have asked about my eye. I told our daughter that it might be improving. Either that, or I'm getting used to the squiggles! Those are still there and it's the most irritating when I'm outdoors, or in bright light. Pappy read somewhere that with this type of hemorrhage in the eye to expect improvement of 1%/day. At that rate, it will be about 3 months before it's well.
😕
Thanks so much for your prayers.
Y'all are the best!
Here are my offerings for today.....
You got that right!
😊
My first little decoration for fall!
The leaves are already falling.
This is my shadow pic for the week, too!
Love how the sun was filtering through the trees.
I'm hoping to be able to get out next week and get lots of pics to share.
Till then.....
HOPE everybody had a Fantastic Friday and a Wonderful Weekend!

Wonderful photos. The sky over the buildings is spectacular!
ReplyDeleteThanks for Friday Foto Friends :) I really enjoy it a lot.
Happy Friday Debbie.
Loved the pictures this week! The picture in your heading has "East Tennessee" written all over it...it is GORGEOUS!
ReplyDeleteLove the statement about Nana :-) and that top photo is gorgeous. But Fall? I have some of those leaves too but they are old from last winter. I think Fall is still a month away.
ReplyDeleteI am happy to hear that your eye is improving. I know it takes time...but it will get better day by day. My eye Dr. told me it was a sign of "ageing"...and I really didn't like him much after that! LOL. Love your barn and sunrise/sunset? pic...so lovely...and signs of FALL? Oh please send it here!!! We don't get much "fall weather" until late October-November...but it kind of lasts until December-Jan. Actually in Florida...we kind of have fall all winter long! LOL. But it isn't quite the same as in the mountains! Nana and spoiling go hand in hand...I wish I had some grandkids to spoil. My one and only is almost 18 and lives too far away to spoil! So now I am waiting for great-grandkids someday... Have a blessed day my friend. Thank you for making our Fridays so special! I always look forward to this day like it is a wonderful gathering of friends! It is!!!
ReplyDeleteLoved, loved your photos and I noticed Wallyworld has there fall stuff out already... lolol
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful day and keeping you in prayer. p.s. all I have left for painting are the baseboards, crown moldings. smiles
Glad your eye is doing better. I love when the sun comes through clouds. It's like heaven opens up and shines down. Oh my goodness I absolutely adore the leaves picture and the fall display.
ReplyDeleteGlad your eye has improved. I get floaters now and then and they are aggravating! I enjoyed your photos! You really capture light so well! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a happy Friday and good weekend ahead. Also glad to hear that your eye is improving, even if slowly.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed your pictures this week and so glad your eye seems to be getting better.
ReplyDeleteI think your photos were wonderful and especially the clouds and barn. So glad to read your eye is improving, but gee, our eyes are so precious. I sympathize with your difficulties as I've had cataracts, floaters and lasik surgeries. Blessings to you.
ReplyDeleteThese images seriously make me want to get outside! That first photo of the sun's rays is amazing ... almost inviting one to grab onto!
ReplyDeleteThe leaves are already falling? O no ... here not! I love all your photos.
ReplyDeleteHi Debbie, thank you for your sweet comment on my blog. It seems my Friday Foto Friends link won't post above There isn't usually a problem with it. So I hope people can still pay me a visit ;-) Enjoy the weekend.
ReplyDeleteSo glad things are getting better, even if it's slow. I will keep you in my prayers. The inevitable seasons always seem to bring their own bit of beauty.
