It's hard to believe I only posted twice since our last FFF link-up. Not blogging was sort of an "accidentally on purpose" thing. It wasn't intentional at first, but I found it was so very nice to have the break and it made me think about my future blogging, especially during this time of Lent. But that's something to share another day.
Here's my foto offering for the week.....
There's gotta be a story here.....
Looking out our back door.....
My miniature rose bush Pappy got me for Valentine's Day.....
This is as close as I've been to the beach in over 10 years....gulls in a parking lot in Jefferson City. If you stop your car, they bombard you because they think you're gonna throw out food to them.
I can never get enough of seeing our American flag flying in the breeze, and I love the Tennessee flag flying below it!
HOPE everybody has a fantastic Friday and a wonderful weekend!
Hi Debbie, I too have cut down to blogging 3 times a week. Not doing much this Winter and staying home, it hard to find things to blog about. I enjoyed your photos very much. Have a day of blessings my friend.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures Deb. I've missed you this week but know taking a blogging break can be refreshing. We all need time to refresh and regroup. Wishing you a beautiful day!
ReplyDeleteNice, Deb!!! I never tire of seeing Old Glory, either. Have a great Friday friend.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty pictures today. I also never tire of seeing the American Flag flying. After the storm moved on through, we had beautiful blue skies and bright sunshine. Welcome to spring, which is on the way. Have a nice Friday and good weekend to come.
ReplyDeleteI am like you with the flag. I love when the one at Food City in Kodak is blowing in the wind.
ReplyDeleteYeah, we see those gulls in our parking lots too. They can be very bold. I love to see the American flag flying too. Your mini rose is just lovely. Have a good day, my friend.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to take a break at times, not only from blogging but other things too, like Facebook.
ReplyDeleteLove that photo of our American Flag.
What a beautiful photo of the flag. Love it. I didn't take many pictures this week, so I won't be linking up. Hopefully, I'll be back next week. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteYour miniature rose bush is so pretty. I love the color! I always enjoy your pictures of the sky!
ReplyDeleteI just got back home from our morning out with friends...and love your pictures...the weed in the crack of the bricks is a tenacious little weed...yes, a good story there...loved the tree/sky/clouds, rosebush, seagulls in the parking lot (still so pretty wherever they are!) and the Flags!! I hope you enjoy your little escape from blogdom for a while...but don't go too far! We love seeing your posts. But I do understand your need for a break. God bless you and keep you and bring a smile to your face today!!
ReplyDeleteYour "fotos" are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the linky party!!
I am visiting from over at Sylvia's A Grandma's Blessings.
I always think it's so crazy to see seagulls this far inland!
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing prettier than the Tennessee flag flying under Old Glory!
