Ecclesiastes 3:1
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens.
Since Pappy's unemployment, some people wonder why he doesn't just get a job....any job. Well, even though we really don't have to answer to anybody but God, we've spent a lot of time in prayer asking the Lord to send Pappy the job that HE wants him to have. Several doors have been opened....and closed....and there are several still open, we're just waiting to see how God chooses to work things out.
One thing that Pappy and I have thanked God for so often is the time that we are able to spend together since his unemployment. I received this e-mail yesterday from Tim's Inspiration and it reminded me so much of Pappy and me.....and all the time I've been able to spend with my Mom!!!
Time
for Time
It is
the thing that the rich and famous value the most.
Successful people treat it
as a gift to be respected.
It is more valuable than gold or jewels.
What is
this precious commodity?
It is Time!
Every day millions of people spend billions of dollars on
fitness equipment, fitness club memberships, health club memberships, health
foods, plastic surgery and all sorts of other things to try to either cover up the
passage of time or extend their time here on earth.
Time is one's most precious possession, so people must use it
wisely.
Time waits for
no one.
Treasure every moment
you have.
You will treasure it even more when You can share it with
someone special.
You'll always yearn for
the good times.
You'll want and long to have that time back.
That time is today.
Make the most of your
time today.
In HIS Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!
