.....and a hard place!!!
That little saying pretty much means you're stuck, right?
You're smack in the middle of things that are far from pleasant and you truly wish you were someplace else!!!
When that happens....why not think of it this way....
we're caught between THE ROCK....and the hard place!!!
Psalm 18:2
The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior;
my God is my rock, in whom I find protection.
He is my shield, the power that saves me,
and my place of safety.
my God is my rock, in whom I find protection.
He is my shield, the power that saves me,
and my place of safety.
In HIS Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

So encouraging.
ReplyDeleteOh if it was not for the Rock that holds me with its strength .....so thankful for the ROCK this morning
ReplyDeleteLovely way to think differently about a common phrase and what we know to be true about our Saviour. Nice to meet you through WFW.
ReplyDeleteThe source of encouragement I needed this morning. Thanks so much. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteSo thankful for our Rock!
ReplyDeleteI love that scripture... The Lord is my rock and my salvation, whom should I fear? NO ONE! NOTHING! NADA! Love the photo scripture :)

Love this. When my daughter was young she confused sayings. So instead of being between a rock and a hard place she said, "I'm in the middle of a hard rock." We still quote it that way. Being in the middle of God's rock is a good place to be, too!
ReplyDeleteHI There - I love this! i love turning potential negatively intended things into positive things, so yes, between my Rock, the Lord and a hard place. God is my rock. God bless and great post.
