Do you like my new word...."frivial"?
It's a cross between "trivia" and "frivolous"....hence, FRIVIAL!!!
Hey, Miriam-Webster, whatcha think.....can I get credit?!?!?

Anyway....here are a few frivial things that made up my week.....
I've made 3 of them so far....and after I posted it, I got another order!!!
Pappy lost his job....and Wise Old Owl Designs gets more orders....
.....ain't GOD AWESOME?!?!?
I took my Mom for her coumadin check....she's doing better.....and doesn't have to go back for 3 weeks this time. That's the longest between checks that the coumadin nurse has allowed her to go....major improvement. It's still a little on the "thick" side, but heading more towards normal. While at the hospital, we happened to peek thru a couple of double doors and saw that there was a display of jewelry set up in the lobby. Would you look at what my Momma bought me.....
I wish you could see how truly beautiful it is....all blingy and girly!!!
I put the earrings in as soon as we got back to the car!!!
It was around SEVENTY-FIVE degrees here yesterday!!!
I did a few little fix-ups for my Mom and actually broke a sweat!!!
The warm temps made me just want to do something springy....so I dug out the wreath I made last year. It was just what my front door needed....
Our boys are coming to spend the night with us....it's been a few weeks since they've spent the night and Pappy and I feel we've rested up enough to try it again!!!
ha! ha!
We're so looking forward to it....they are so much fun!!!
Last, but not least, I have a blog called Twenty-Twelve in Pictures.
I've made that blog private for some personal reasons,
but if any of you who frequent Jeremiah 29:11 would like to be added, just let me know!!!

Rejoicing with you re. the orders coming in - AND that owl-themed jewelry!
ReplyDeleteGod IS awesome! When He breaks through the "clouds" of our life, we seem more aware of it...but He remains awesome whether we "see" it or not.
Love thw owl jewells! And the wreath is so springy! I am so ready to decorate a little for Easter. Leaving the mountain with lots of snow and cold weather and coming back home only to have to cut the AC on is a little off beat today! Glad your mom doesn't have to go back for 3 weeks. I remember having to take my papa lot back and forth for coumadin checks, When I would get a break I was in awe....Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteLove everything you said today. Your blog always lifts my spirit. I love that wreath and your grandsons are adorable.
