These are what I plan on taking to our Small Group meeting next week.
They are soooo good....
....and super simple to make!!!
Pumpkin Bars
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Grease bottom of a 9x13 pan. For the crust: mix together the dry yellow cake mix (minus 1 cup), 1/2 stick melted butter, 1 egg. Spread in the bottom of the pan. Mix together the can of pumpkin, brown sugar, pumpkin spice and 2 eggs. Mix with spoon and pour over unbaked crust.
Take
the reserved cake mix, sugar, cinnamon and butter - not melted. Mix all
together with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over the second layer.
This looks so yummy and healthy also. xxx
