I want to dedicate this song to all those who struggle with life in general. We are all faced with so many things along life's way that we don't understand and probably often ask "why". As I grow stronger in my faith, I realize more and more....that EVERYTHING has a purpose.....and all those trials and troubles just serve to make us grow stronger and better equipped to face the next problem....because there will be another one! This song is especially for the young lady who asked for prayer yesterday. Please know that you and your friend are in my thoughts and prayers! May you both find peace in knowing that the Lord knows and understands your situations and He alone can give you the strength to get thru!
Happy Sunday, Sweet Readers!
May your day be blessed!!!
In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!
What a wonderful "Message of Hope"--here and throughout your entire blog.
ReplyDeleteDeb, I really enjoy the the NLT. (I currently use the ESV, but prior to that used the NLT for 4-5 years.) The NLT makes sense immediately--says it just different enough that I pay attention and sometimes go to other versions to check it out, etc.
May His Word strengthen and encourage YOU today!
Thanks for this reminder...God Bless your Sunday
ReplyDeleteWonderful song, I heard this just the other day. Today my heart is with my Pastor and his wife who travel to the Dakota's. The Mrs. just got the word of her mother going home, much expected but nevertheless now needing strength to honor her mom. I'm so glad Jesus is strength for all of us amen!

ReplyDeleteI'm so thankful for the strength God gives. Even when you think you can't go another step, God comes with strength. There's a song that says, "When I could not go to Him, He came to me."
