As hubby and I hiked at Seven Islands Game Refuge on Memorial Day....we came across these weeds with "snake spit" on them.  

I hadn't thought about that stuff in decades.  We used to see it all the time growing up and playing in the fields and woods!!!  
Sweet memories!!!
