May 26, 2011
I can tell you who gave me just about every flower and/or bush in our yard! This one came from my precious father-in-law! They're called red hot pokers. Wish I could get a pic of the really neat, but odd, birds who like to eat the seeds!!!

    My mother grew red hot pokers...they must be pretty hardy plants to grow where you live and also in the desert where I live!
