A Simple Tutorial

I've shared over at Jeremiah 29:11 a few things that I've been working on for CHRIST-mas presents.
Just in case you might want a quick last minute gift....here's an idea.

I asked each of the ladies in our Sunday school class what their favorite verse of scripture is....and I found the verse on BibleGateway....copied and pasted it into a Word document....found a font I liked....and printed it out.  I then cut out each verse with decorative scissors.  I covered the front and back of a simple composition book with scrapbook paper....picking a design and color that I felt fit each of the ladies' personality.  I then pasted the verse of scripture to a background piece of paper....and pasted it to the front of the book....then glued the ladies initial to the bottom.  I also printed off a little something special from me to go inside the front cover....and VOILA....

(some ladies had more than one favorite verse!!!)

We had our Sunday school class get-together this past Monday night....and the ladies seemed to really appreciate their little gift!!!  I think it's the perfect place to keep notes from your Sunday school class....the sermon....and prayer requests!!!

Blessings to you,
Deb
