Puppies and Cows

When I first found out that I would be a grandmother.....I got busy crocheting and sewing.

One of the first things that I made after I quit my full-time job was a puppy for our GRAND-son.

I made him out of one of my sweaters!

Here he is sporting his new little red and white striped sweater!!

 I've had 3 years to make a stuffed animal for our baby GRAND-son....but kept putting it off....until yesterday.  I spent most of the day sewing up a little something for him.

I took these two pictures of stuffed cows as my inspiration.....

 And.....here's my own version.....

 I love his little smile....just like I hope I see on the face of our baby boy when he sees his new cow!!!

I took the little cow to our GRAND-son....and he immediately took it and put it in his bed and covered it up with his quilt....didn't even want to let his Momma see it.
