Prayerful Thursday

I'm not sure where to even begin with prayer requests this week.

Normally....I don't have a lot of personal requests, but this week is different. Please be very much in prayer for the family of Mr. Billy Newman. He's my great uncle and he passed away on Monday from complications from a kidney disease. He was my Mamaw's baby brother. She's the oldest of 4 siblings and she's now the only one still living....having turned 98 in September. Please also keep her in your thoughts and prayers and my Mom and Aunt who care for her. Mamaw is having some health concerns. I cannot even begin to explain what she means to me.

I also have an unspoken prayer request concerning a family member. Although I cannot give you the specifics, God knows...so please offer up prayers concerning this situation.

Please pray for our niece Courtney who is in the hospital with swine flu. Her temp was 104 when I spoke with our sister, Betty.

Please keep our sister, Betty, in your thoughts and prayers concerning some health concerns that she has.

Please pray for Ms. Gladys and Mr. Carl who will both be having eye surgeries today.

Please keep Ms. Joyce in your prayers. She had some tests done earlier this week.

If there are any others that I've overlooked, please let me know, and I'll be glad to add them!!! My mind just isn't working right now (imagine that!!!).
