Prayerful Thursday

I Kings 8:28 (NLT)
Nevertheless, listen to my prayer and my plea, O Lord my God. Hear the cry and the prayer that your servant is making to you today.

We have another long list of people in need of prayer this week.
1. Sonny (Elbert) and Donna Gray
Mr. Sonny has found out that he has a terminal illness. The prognosis isn't good. He and Donna are faced with some tough decisions and some very difficult times ahead.

2. Family and Friends of John Cole who passed away.

3. Jerry Sullivan
Mr. Sullivan has liver cancer.

4. Pat Wilson
This lady will be having stem cells put back this week.

5. Rosemary Bentley
Ms. Bentley has some serious health problems.

6. John Lowe
Mr. Lowe had surgery for an appendectomy and is now home from the hospital.

7. Mack Mull
Mr. Mull had a heart attack and blockage was found and had to have a stint.

8. Papaw Bill
This is my friend, Tonya's, Grandfather. He had lung cancer several years ago, and only has one lung. He is suffering from a cold/sinus infection, and the concern is that he doesn't get pneumonia.

9. Ms. Catherine
Ms. Catherine is a little 3 year old who had her tonsils and adenoids out today.

10. Kenny
Kenny is only 8 years old, but will be having a heart cath on March 18th.

11. Julie Uden
Ms. Julie is having tests for cancer.

12. Charlie Franklin
Mr. Franklin has lung cancer and is taking chemo. His wife passed away a few months ago.

13. All those out of work...searching for jobs...suffering from the economy.

Dear Lord,
We come to you with a long list of prayer requests. We know that you already know each of these precious people and you know what is going on in their lives. Please touch each person on this list as only You can. Please bring peace to their hearts and the healing that only Your touch can bring. We ask that Your will be done in all of our lives, dear Heavenly Father, and that in whatever we are faced with, that you will get all the glory!!!
In Jesus' Most Precious, Blessed, and Holy Name,
AMEN

In His Love...and with mine!!!
