I love salads of just about any kind. I'm not sure the first time I tried this one, but not long afterwards, I made it to take to a family get-together, and it was a hit.
I was going thru some cookbooks that my mother-in-law gave to each of her kids, and she had included this recipe in one of her church cookbooks, so she must have liked it really well, too...and like I've said before, she was a wonderful cook...so I feel honored that she liked something I made!!!

Spaghetti Salad1 lb spaghetti noodles
(This can be regular spaghetti noodles, angel hair, or any noodles of your choice!!!)
1 bunch of green onions
2 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
(the cucumbers are what really make this salad...
at least for me!!!)
1 12 ounce bottle of Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
(don't try to scrimp and go FF...use the real thing...
it's much better)
1 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix (dry)
1 bottle McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning
(you'll find this with the spices)
Cook and drain spaghetti.
Chop onions (include some of the green tops), tomatoes, and cucumbers and place in a large bowl.
Pour spaghetti over the chopped veggies.
Sprinkle the Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix and the McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning over the spaghetti.
Pour the entire bottle of dressing over all.
Mix thoroughly.
This is much better made a day ahead of time so all the seasonings and the dressing can sink into everything!!!
Be sure and stir again before serving!!!In His Love...and with mine!!!
