Judgmental

My word for today is "judgmental"

Okay...my question is...have you ever been judgmental, or has someone been judgmental towards you????? I am very guilty!!! In the past, I've passed my judgment on people....and probably still do at times.

But...according to scripture....read James 4:11-12....we are not to judge others. That's God's job!!! My Mom used to tell me...and oh, I have found this to be so true in my own life....any of us...given the right set of circumstances and the right frame of mind...any of us could, or would, do things that we have all probably said we would never ever do. Again....I'm guilty!!! Been there, done that...regretted it...asked for forgiveness...God forgave!!!

Just remember...."there but by the grace of God go I". It could be any of us...we all make wrong choices sometimes...wrong decisions...not just in our own lives. Sometimes we are judgmental of others. I've often said...please don't tell me gossip about people...because...when you tell me, the human me, forms an opinion. And, that opinion I'm forming might be absolutely, totally wrong. I might be forming an opinion of somebody based on what they did because of a "wrong" set of circumstances...and a "wrong" frame of mind.

Judgmental....don't be guilty like I've been!!! Learn from my mistakes!!!
